That combination means I handle loan signings, real estate deeds, and complex signings with the same eye a title company uses.

NOTARY SIGNING AGENT
A Notary Signing Agent or NSA is a Notary who has special training to handle loan document signings. Title companies and signing services hire NSAs to deliver loan documents to borrowers, oversee the signing and return the documents.

GENERAL NOTARY WORK + MOBILE NOTARY
General Notary work simply means traveling to clients to notarize documents that are not related to real estate transactions. This includes everything from powers of attorney, trust documents, healthcare-related documents, auto title transfers and many more.
